All rates are quoted in US dollars.

Our rates are per room per night. Maximum 4 persons in a room with 2 double beds.

Reservation Policy:

A deposit of 25% of the rental is due via Paypal to hold reservation. Balance is due upon arrival in cash or travelers checks only.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations cancelled more then 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a $100.00 assessment. You may reschedule your reservation however for a period of 1 year from date of receipt of your initial deposit without any penalty. On all reservations cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival date, we apologize but you will lose your deposit unless you reschedule for arrival within 1 year upon the receipt of your initial deposit.
