We own 2  adjoining oceanfront studios in Cancun's hotel zone that are connected to each other by an inside door. They could be rented as separate rooms or as a single unit with 2 adjoining rooms.

At the same time, we are a member of a small network of condominium owners allowing us to rent other rooms if our units are already rented.
